ICIS-Milstein Travel / Abstract Awards

The ICIS-Milstein Travel Awards may be applied for by poster and oral abstract submitters. Each year the the ICIS Awards Committee has chosen the top ranking 65 – 85 abstract presenters to receive Travel Awards to cover most of their travel expenses. These awards are sponsored by generous gift from the Milstein Family–Seymour Milstein (July 21, 1920 – October 2, 2001). Milstein’s son Philip has generously continued to support this award for the twenty (20) years following the passing of his father. This year additional funding has been provided by the Vilcek Foundation.

ICIS members who attend the Annual Meeting of the ICIS and submit a meeting abstract are eligible for ICIS-Milstein Travel Awards. Please note that there are no age restrictions to this award. However, if both senior and junior members from the same laboratory apply for an award, preference is given to the junior member. Please renew or join the ICIS prior to applying for an ICIS-Milstein Travel Award.

Application is through the online abstract submission form, deadline to apply is the same as the Abstract Deadline, 1 June 2021.
