Regeneron New Investigator Awards (formerly the Milstein Young Investigator Awards) at Cytokines 2022 Hybrid Meeting – The 10th Annual Meeting of the International Cytokine & Interferon Society: Cytokine Ohana: Bridging Physiological Systems, 20-23 September 2022 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, Big Island, Hawaii, USA
Description: Regeneron New Investigator Awards ICIS members who will attend the upcoming annual conference and who have received a Ph.D or M.D. within the previous 10 years are eligible, but may be extended by 1 year due to parental leave (per child). Up to FOUR awards will be granted to individuals who have made notable contributions to either basic or clinical research. ICIS members must be nominated by other eligible members for these Awards or can self-apply, but must include a letter(s) of nomination from their mentor(s). All Awardees will be invited for an Oral presentation during the Meeting.
Award: $5,000 and an ICIS plaque provided by ICIS. Funds provided through a generous contribution from Regeneron. These awards do not include registration fees or travel to the Annual Meeting.
Nominations and Applications for Young Investigator Awards must include the following:
Winners of the 2022 Young Investigators Awards will be required to register for Cytokines 2022 and submit an abstract by 1 May 2022 (information will be provided in the acceptance letter). All ICIS Young Investigator Award winners will be invited to make an oral presentation in the program.
Regeneron New Investigator Awards for Excellence in Cytokine & Interferon Research (formerly the Milstein Young Investigator Awards)
Description: ICIS members who will attend the upcoming annual conference and who have received a Ph.D or M.D. within the previous 10 years are eligible, but may be extended by 1 year due to parental leave (per child). Every year up to FOUR awards are granted to individuals who have made notable contributions to either basic or clinical research. ICIS members may apply themselves or nominate other eligible members for these Regeneron New Investigator Awards, All Awardees will be invited for an Oral presentation during the Meeting.
Award: $5,000 provided by Regeneron.
These awards replace the former Milstein Young Investigator Awards.
