Meet the Managing Director
An accomplished association professional with over 20 years of experience in non-profit management, Ms. Flores earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2007. Prior to joining the ICIS, Stephanie was the Executive Director of CASSS, a leading scientific society in the field of biopharmaceutical development. There she played a pivotal role in transforming the organization into a thriving and influential organization, delivering steady growth and enabling CASSS to offer an even broader range of resources, networking opportunities, and industry insights to members.
Stephanie is an active volunteer within the association community, including previously serving as board member and the chair of the board for California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE). In addition to CalSAE, she is active in the American Society of Association Executives and the Council of Engineering and Scientific Society Executives. Committed to life-long learning, Stephanie received a Business Analytics Certificate in August 2023 from eCornell, Cornell University’s External Education Unit.
