On behalf of the ICIS, our members would like to indicate our support for our friends and colleagues in Australia at this difficult time. We hope everyone remains safe at this incredibly challenging time. We urge all ICIS members to use every opportunity to highlight to their elected officials and the general public our collective responsibility to the environment and the importance of strengthening and supporting the relevance of science which is clearly  warning us that these fires are a sign of the future unless we act now.

Respectfully yours,
